By commissioning artwork from ALPUCATSU, the client (referred to as "Commissioner" or "You") agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Commissioner and ALPUCATSU (referred to as "Artist" or "I").GENERAL
1. Artist has the right to decline request/commission or cancel if it beyond artist capability or if artist has emergency issues that the artist can't finish the work.
2. Both artist and commissioner must not share personal information of each other to other people/party.PRICE & PAYMENTS
1. Base price included personal use only unless stated. Another form of commercial use such as streaming, printing, freebies, merch, etc. will be charged extra cost and must be discussed beforehand.
2. Payment upfront under VGen's TnC or directly to our local bank/QRIS (INA) and Paypal (inter).
3. Artist may charge additional cost if there are complex design that can't be simplified.
4. Artist will send an invoice once the artist prepared to work on your commission.REVISIONS
1. Itypically seek your input and approval at three key stages throughout the process:
- Sketch: After the sketch is completed, I'll let you know and you may make any necessary adjustments.
- Base Colors: You can still request changes that related to this stage.
- Render: Before finalizing the artwork, I'll present it for your final review and approval. At this point, you can request for minor adjustments.
2. You can request changes at each stage, but they should match that stage. For instance, I can't change something from the sketch after I've added base colors.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. I typically complete each emotes pack or non-YCH work within two weeks and YCH work within one week. However, please keep in mind that I don't work as artists 24/7, so these estimates may not always be accurate.
2. Please inform me beforehand if it's a rush commission or if you have hard deadline.
3. If your commission hasn't shown any progress for more than one week without prior notice, please contact me immediately.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Artist keep all the rights to the artwork we create. This allows us to share and display it to promote my work, giving you credit as the owner of the character or commission unless we agree otherwise, stated in the form (VGen form).1. Do not make any claims that the art is your own.
2. Personal use commission will have my watermark, but it shall not disturb the artwork.
3. If you intend to post the artwork anywhere, please ensure proper credit is given to ALPUCATSU.
4. You are not allowed to use the artwork for AI or NFT purposes.
5. You are not allowed to modify our artwork.REFUNDS
A refund will only be considered if the artist is unable to fulfill the commission. Otherwise there's no refund offered.COMMUNICATION
